Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your initial RacenStay listing for any reason during the first 3 months of service, we will happily cancel your listing and send you a refund based on the following chart.

Refunds are only available for your first RacenStay listing during the first three months of service. No refunds are offered on your second or subsequent listings. Please take this into account before adding additional listings or renewing any current listing. Refunds do not apply to short term advertisements or listings.

To request a refund, please send your request to info@racenstay.com and include your RacenStay ID number, and your reason for dissatisfaction.
